Richard Wibisono is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, ecosystem development, and supply chain management. Currently serving as VP Ecosystem at FishLog since April 2022, Richard leads initiatives to enhance the fisheries sector through product development and infrastructure support across Indonesia. Previously, Richard was VP Operations at Workmate, successfully expanding the worker pool by 300% and significantly reducing absence rates. At Dekoruma, Richard held dual roles as VP of Design & Build and Head of Operations, where strategic improvements led to a 50% increase in on-time delivery capacity. Richard's earlier roles at ZAG Group and Panasonic further honed skills in production planning, sourcing, logistics, and cost reduction. Richard holds an MBA from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Melbourne.
