Yahya Mulya Aditya

Yahya Mulya Aditya currently serves as the Learning and Development Manager at FishLog since July 2022. Prior to this role, Yahya held the position of Training and Development Lead at Halodoc ID from August 2021 to July 2022, where leadership involved managing a team of six to oversee the training and development of over 2,060 individuals. At Pamapersada Nusantara, from October 2017 to September 2020, Yahya was the Operations People Development Supervisor, leading a team of twelve and managing developmental initiatives for more than 400 employees while ensuring training materials aligned with company values. Yahya began the career with an internship at Telkomsel in 2016. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Brawijaya and a Bachelor of Education in Information Technology from Universitas Negeri Malang.
