Todd Kightlinger

Todd Kightlinger has over 30 years of work experience in retail and operations management. Todd began their career in 1987 as a District/Store Manager for Endicott Johnson. In 1995, they moved to Toys R Us as a Sales & Operations Manager, where they provided human resource training for new managers and worked with various groups to promote safety activities, enhance customer service, and promote store sales. In 2003, they joined Babies R Us as a Store Manager, where they were responsible for all store operations and processes, and received numerous awards for customer service, store operating standards, team training, loss prevention, and shrink results. In 2018, they joined FishUSA, Inc. as the Director of Operations.

Todd Kightlinger attended Penn State University from 1982 to 1986 and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism.
