Vice President Business Area Terra - Europe & APAC at Fiskars

Anna Ek has over 15 years of experience in various leadership roles within multinational companies. Anna currently holds the position of Vice President Business Area Terra - Europe & APAC at Fiskars Group, where they are responsible for the full P&L of Business Area Terra in Europe and APAC. Anna collaborates with sales areas and strategic retail partners to drive the business and ensure the right offering per country and account. Prior to this, they served as Vice President Business & Offering Gardening at Fiskars Group, where they had full P&L responsibility and led the business and product strategies.

Before joining Fiskars Group, Anna worked at Electrolux for almost a decade, holding several key positions. Anna was the Global Category Director for the HomeCare Core business, where they managed a team and was responsible for the full P&L of the business. Anna also served as the Global Category Director in the Business Unit Consumables & Accessories, where they owned the global category generation plan and managed a team of seven. Anna had additional roles as Global Product Manager and Business Development Manager at Electrolux, where they handled global product category management, new business opportunities, and product marketing.

Earlier in their career, Anna worked at OBH Nordica Group as a Category Manager, responsible for developing the Hair Care and Beauty assortment. Anna also worked at Obducat Technologies AB as a Market Coordinator and After Sales Global, where they coordinated marketing activities and managed after-sales on a global level.

Anna's career began at Innovation Engineering Wolfsberg, where they worked as a Project Leader involved in setting up an Innovation-driven University course with local industry.

Throughout their career, Anna has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in P&L management, product management, strategic planning, and team management.

Anna Ek has a diverse educational background. Anna started with a Bachelor of Science degree in Product Development with a focus on Business Development and Entrepreneurship from Halmstad University, which they completed from 2000 to 2003. Before that, they obtained a School Diploma in the Naturvetenskaplig linje (Natural Science) from Katedralskolan Växjö in 1997. Anna then pursued German studies at the University of Vienna for a year, earning a Diploma in 1998. Later, they attended Linnaeus University from 1999 to 2005, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Marketing with a specialization in Innovation & Design Management. In 2023, Anna also received a Certificate from StyrelseAkademin.
