Annika Tickle has a diverse range of work experience in the fashion industry. Annika is currently working at Fiskars Group as the Head of Design & Creative for the Moomin brand. In this role, they are responsible for conceptualizing product lines, defining design direction, and leading all creative work for the brand.

Previously, Annika worked at ARKET as the Head of Design / Concept Designer for Childrenswear. Annika established the design, strategy, and concept for the brand and was involved in creating the design direction for the childrenswear collection.

Before that, they worked as a Womenswear Designer at Åhléns AB / Carin Wester, a Womenswear Jr Designer at Urban Outfitters Europe & Asia, and a Womenswear & Accessory Designer at Daniel Palillo. Annika also has experience as an Outerwear Designer at Gemmi and interned at Sabrina Dehoff, Ida Sjöstedt, and IVANAhelsinki.

Annika Tickle completed their education as follows:

- In 2006, they attended Laajasalon kansanopisto, where they studied Visual Communication.

- From 2004 to 2006, they studied at Helsinki College of Fashion, Beauty and Culinary Arts, focusing on Pattern Cutting and Sewing, leading to a degree in Dressmaking.

- As part of their minor studies, they completed courses in Graphic Design at Aalto University in 2011 and studies in Fashion Marketing, also at Aalto University.
