Layko Takatsu

Layko Takatsu is an HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management across various industries. Currently serving as HR Manager at Fiskars Group since March 2024, Layko previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at Ashley Distribution Services from February 2022 to February 2024 and at Ashley Furniture Industries from May 2019 to February 2022. Earlier in the career, Layko worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC from May 2018 to March 2019, and as an HR Specialist at Auto Parts Manufacturing Mississippi from August 2011 to April 2017. Layko holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management from Walden University.
