Daniel Dressler currently serves as a Senior Manager of Service and Delivery, beginning in April 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Tesla from April 2016 to May 2023, where Daniel transformed a struggling service center from a ranking of 109 to a top 5 position in North America and established a regional parts structure for efficient repairs. Additional responsibilities involved high-level coaching, conducting impact analyses, and developing technician training programs. Previous experience also includes Master Technician positions at Mercedes-Benz USA and General Motors, achieving significant certifications and maintaining high efficiency in repairs. Daniel holds an Associate of Science degree in Automotive Engineering Technology from GM ASEP, earned between August 2006 and May 2008.
