As an Onboarding Consulting Lead, you will play a key role in the success of FISPAN’s Business User Onboarding team. You will help enable the Onboarding Consulting team in their day-to-day activities and provide a pivotal hand in ensuring a positive client experience for FISPAN’s business users. You will be instrumental in the hiring and training of new staff, as well as initiatives to help scale the business user onboarding process. In addition, you will be tasked with generating reports and insights into the performance of team members/the team itself. We are seeking an individual with strong organizational skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support the Business User Onboarding Team in day-to-day activities including
    management of the full client journey and experience

  • Team building, including supporting the interview process for new hires, ensuring constant
    development of staff, and identification of high-performing / high-potential staff

  • Generate reports and KPIs necessary for the Business User Onboarding Team providing insightful
    analysis

  • Train staff to deliver a high standard of customer service

  • Support the creation, implementation, and maintenance of onboarding tools and processes

  • Assist with improvements of the services provided to our customers, including the onboarding and
    launch experience, training experience, and any other relevant services

  • Work with other FISPAN teams including Engineering, Product, and the Sales to improve overall alignment

  • Support the scaling and design of processes related to the onboarding of business users

What you need

  • 2 years of experience managing an onboarding team in SaaS

  • Post Secondary Education or equivalent

  • Experience with implementing SaaS or similar products for large enterprise users

  • Working experience or exposure to accounting ERPs such as NetSuite, Business Central, Sage
    Intacct, Quickbooks or Xero

  • Strong aptitude with an ability to learn new technologies quickly

  • Excellent written and verbal English proficiency

  • Well-developed interpersonal skills, able to build and manage strong relationships cross-
    functionally across all management levels and roles to collaborate and execute effectively

  • Proven ability to learn and understand strategic objectives and align team objectives accordingly

  • Prior experience in financial services or financial technology is highly desirable

Compensation and Benefits Package

We want our employees to see how the ideas they help generate today have an impact on how we do business tomorrow.With that, the hiring salary range for this position is $73,000-$86,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on comparable market data from companies of similar employee size, revenue and location.As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive semi-annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
