Mike Monty

Mike Monty has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Mike started their career as an Implementation Consultant at Datastream, where they successfully implemented computerized enterprise asset management systems for oil companies across various countries. Mike then joined 3Fusion as a Business Development Manager, where they recruited partners and resellers to grow sales of their e-commerce platform.

Moving on, Mike joined IBM Singapore Pte. Ltd., where they held several positions including Customer Solutions Executive and Country Manager System p - IBM Thailand. Mike was responsible for strategic outsourcing sales engagements in the banking sector across the ASEAN region, as well as developing IBM's Grid computing business unit.

After their tenure at IBM, they joined FICO as the Senior Director of Alliances APJ. Here, they built FICO's Alliances channel with major global companies across the Asia Pacific region.

Mike then had various roles at Hyperwallet, including Head of Global Service Delivery and EVP - Global Strategic Accounts. Mike also served as Chief Operating Officer, leading strategic projects and ensuring operational efficiency.

Mike later joined PayPal Canada as the Director of Enterprise Sales, where they led the company's enterprise sales growth efforts in Canada.

Prior to their current role at FISPAN as a Revenue Focused COO, Mike served as an Angel Investor & Board Member at IDmelon Technologies Inc., where they provided investment and advisory support to the company's Founder and CEO.

In addition to their work experience, Mike also founded ForresTech Pte Ltd, a company that provided market research, sales, marketing, and consulting services to North American companies expanding into Asia.

Overall, Mike Monty has extensive experience in sales, alliances, operations, and leadership roles across multiple industries.

Mike Monty attended the University of KwaZulu-Natal from 1994 to 1997, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance.
