Yasemin Kekezoğlu, PSM I

Yasemin Kekezoğlu has a diverse work experience spanning over different companies and roles. Yasemin began their career at TAI as an Engineering Intern, where they worked in the Strategy Department and was involved in process development and chronometrage. Yasemin then moved on to TPAO as an Engineering Intern in the Strategy Department, where they focused on topics such as Global Depletion and Peak Oil.

Yasemin joined Mercedes-Benz Türk A.Ş. in 2016, initially as a PEP Intern before transitioning into roles as an SAP QiM Consultant and later as an Incident Manager. In their roles, they managed incident management processes, analyzed ticket counts and solution times, and organized meetings and co-operation between different support levels. Yasemin also played a key role in implementing the Sleep Ticket Process, which significantly reduced the Sleep Ticket count.

Most recently, Yasemin worked at NTT DATA Business Solutions Turkey as a Customer Engagement Manager. In this role, their responsibilities included client relationship management, business development, project management activities for large-scale enterprise support customers, and ensuring effective customer engagement and delivery of contractual agreement and services.

Yasemin is currently working as an SAP Project Manager at FIT Global, where they are responsible for managing SAP projects.

Yasemin Kekezoğlu, PSM I, completed their education in a chronological manner starting from 1997 to 2017. Yasemin attended TED Ankara Koleji from 1997 to 2006 but did not obtain any specific degree or field of study. In 2008, they enrolled at Technische Universität Wien and pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering - Economics until 2015. Following that, Yasemin attended Halic Universitesi from 2015 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering.
