Nabila Dwi Islamiati is a dedicated Human Resources professional with comprehensive experience in compensation and benefits, employee operations, and recruitment. Currently serving as a Compensation and Benefit Associate at FIT HUB since June 2022, Nabila previously held positions such as Human Resources Staff at OPPO, where responsibilities included managing employee attendance, insurance administration, and the recruitment process.
