Marty Allison is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in various leadership positions. Currently serving as a Real Estate Specialist at Fit Realty since February 2024, Marty also holds the role of CEO at The Thomas Martin Group, LLC, where the focus is on real estate referrals and connecting clients with top professionals in Hampton Roads. Marty's background includes significant experience in risk management and safety coordination from positions at Norfolk Naval Shipyard and Herff Jones, along with a successful military career in the US Navy.
