Beatriz Montandon Bueno

Beatriz Montandon Bueno has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Beatriz started their career at Omnilink, where they worked as the Head of Commercial, overseeing sales teams and driving business growth. Beatriz then moved on to Groupon Latam, where they served as the National Business Development Manager for almost four years. Following that, they joined Koin Pós-Pago as the Head Commercial and later joined Bullla - De gente pra gente, where they focused on developing new business opportunities.

In 2018, Beatriz joined Fintech Magalu as the Director of New Business and Commercial Superintendent. Beatriz played a key role in the strategic planning of payment scenarios, negotiating partnerships and solutions in the payment ecosystem. During their tenure, they tripled the company's client portfolio and secured contracts with major players in various sectors.

Currently, Beatriz Montandon Bueno is the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at FitBank, responsible for commercial and new business areas, focusing on growth.

Beatriz Montandon Bueno completed an MBA in Strategic Sales Management from USCS - Universidade Municipal de São Caetano do Sul from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2010, they studied Administration, Business, and Marketing at the same university.
