Túlio Cohn

Túlio Cohn is a Lawyer with experience in capitalmarkets, mergers and acquisitions and structured operations, he served for years as Legal, Regulatory and Compliance Director in financial institutions, listed companies (in Brazil and abroad) in sectors such as Renewable Energy, O&G, Infrastructure and of financial advice. He was a member of the Board of Directors and Management Committees of various business groups, and also served as a lawyer specializing in business law at corporate law firms such as Pinheiro Neto – Advogados e Chaves, Guelman and Machado – Advogados.
