Lauren Smith

Lauren Smith has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Lauren started their career as a Marketing Intern/Jr. Account Executive at French West Vaughan, where they gained valuable experience in writing press releases, developing presentations, event planning, and media clip book organization. Lauren then joined Lenovo as a Web Project Manager, where they managed and promoted an e-commerce website, collaborating with various teams and utilizing multiple e-commerce software platforms. After Lenovo, Lauren worked at Bronto Software as a Support Associate and later as an Account Development Rep, utilizing their technical knowledge to prospect, develop relationships, gather information, qualify leads, and explain the value of the software to clients. Following Bronto Software, Lauren joined NetSuite as a QA Analyst, starting as a QA Analyst I and progressing to QA Analyst II and eventually Senior QA Analyst. Lauren is currently working at Fitbod as a Senior QA Analyst.

Lauren Smith obtained a bachelor's degree in English from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Lauren then pursued further education at North Carolina State University from 2008 to 2011, earning a PBS degree in non-profit management and public policy. Additionally, in July 2015, Lauren obtained a certification as a Bronto Certified Specialist, although the institution from which they obtained this certification is unknown.
