Natalie Sargent

Natalie Sargent is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in HR information systems (HRIS). Since November 2016, Natalie has held various roles at Fitch Ratings, including HR Product Owner and HRIS Manager, specializing in SuccessFactors and its functionalities such as Employee Central, Time Management, and recruitment processes. Prior to this, Natalie served as an HRIS Analyst at The De Beers Group of Companies, overseeing SuccessFactors for the Downstream sector and managing payroll data using the Resourcelink system. Natalie's earlier roles include HR Systems Analyst/Developer at Queen Mary University of London and HR Systems Officer at the University of East London, where expertise in Resourcelink and ITrent systems was developed. Natalie's career began as an HR Coordinator at VSO. Natalie holds SFx Accreditation in Employee Central.
