Natalie Sargent is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in HR information systems (HRIS). Since November 2016, Natalie has held various roles at Fitch Ratings, including HR Product Owner and HRIS Manager, specializing in SuccessFactors and its functionalities such as Employee Central, Time Management, and recruitment processes.
