Rebecca Holter

Rebecca Holter has over 24 years of experience in the finance and regulatory sectors. At Fitch Ratings since March 2007, Rebecca holds multiple leadership roles, including Head of Ratings Operational Risk, Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs, Policies and Procedures, and Head of Ratings Operations for the EU, as well as Team Head for CEE Covered Bonds Analysis. Prior to this, from September 1999 to February 2007, Rebecca worked at Verband deutscher Pfandbriefbanken in the Real Estate Finance and Valuation Department as a Referentin.
