Steve Jones

Steve Jones started their work experience as a Tutor at Wimbledon College in 1983. Steve then held various Sales roles at Rank Xerox Ltd. from 1985 to 1989. From 1989 to 2000, they worked in Education & Learning management roles at Xerox UK. Steve subsequently joined Xerox Europe in 1999, where they held Education & Learning Management roles until 2002. From 2002 to 2008, they were the Head of L&D UK at Zurich Financial Services. Steve then worked at Lend Lease from 2008 to 2009 as the Head of People Development and from 2009 to 2011 as the Head of Talent Learning & Development EMEA Region. In 2011, they briefly worked at Kier Group as the Head of Talent Learning & Development. This was followed by their role as the Head of Learning & Development at ACE European Group from 2012 to 2013. Finally, they served as the Director of Global Learning & Development at Fitch Ratings from 2013 until their retirement in July 2020 from ex-Xerox.

Steve Jones attended the University of Cambridge from 1979 to 1983, where they earned a B Ed. Hons degree in Chemistry and Education. Before that, they attended St Clement Danes, but information regarding the degree obtained or field of study is unavailable.
