Jessica Pierce-Dalton has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jessica started their career at IBM in 2011, where they worked in financial services sales support and operations for over a year. In 2013, they joined Thomson Reuters as a financial sales graduate and later transitioned to an account manager role. In 2016, they moved to MUFG as an associate in institutional fixed income sales, where they stayed until 2021. At MUFG, they gained valuable experience in client relationship management. Following that, they worked at CreditSights as a senior account manager for EMEA strategic accounts until 2023. Currently, Jessica holds the position of global sales director for global strategic accounts at Fitch Solutions. Jessica has a proven track record in sales and account management, with a focus on global and strategic clients.

Jessica Pierce-Dalton received a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Surrey, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Hayes School in Kent from 2002 to 2009. Additionally, they have obtained certifications including the Capital Markets Programme - UK Financial Regulation, Securities & Financial Derivatives from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) in 2016. Jessica also holds the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) Unit 1 - The Investment Environment from CFA UK. Jessica has a pending certification from Fitch Learning, named Aspire, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
