Kim Perlee

Kim Perlee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client services across various financial institutions. Currently serving as Global Head of Client Services and Senior Director at Fitch Solutions since July 2013, Kim leads the Global Customer Support team, overseeing operations across the Americas, APAC, and EMEA regions. Prior experience includes the role of Regional Head of Client Services at Deutsche Bank, where Kim managed relationships between office operations and led teams in equity product management. At Citigroup, Kim held various senior-level positions, ultimately serving as North American Head of Operational Client Relationship Management, where strategic service enhancements were implemented. Kim's career began at Salomon Brothers as Section Manager, responsible for a team providing customer service support for international trading. Kim holds a B.A. in Mass Communications/Public Relations from the University of South Florida.
