Louis Pereira

Louis Pereira, MBA, CBI, CBA, ASA, CVA, serves as President of Merrimack Business Appraisers since 2007, focusing on the valuation of privately-held businesses for various ownership transitions and contentious matters. Additionally, Pereira has been President of the Herold-Lambert Group, Inc. since 2003, advising on mergers and acquisitions for small and mid-sized companies. Since 2007, Pereira has held a position as a Visiting Instructor at Fitchburg State University, teaching Accounting and Finance courses. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer at Ad Pepper Media International from 2000 to 2001, Pereira launched the American division and oversaw sales and marketing initiatives. Pereira's extensive background includes over 16 years as Director of International Business Development at Bell Atlantic Information Solutions Group, managing significant global project teams and deal negotiations. The educational background includes a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Decision Support Systems from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business.
