Manikandan Shankar

Manikandan Shankar has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Manikandan started their career in 2000 as an EDP Associate at ORG Gfk. In 2003, they worked as a Credit Analyst at ICICI Bank for a year before moving to Citibank as a Credit Analyst for mortgage loans. In 2004, they joined ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited as a Branch Incharge for Life Underwriting and Operations. Manikandan then worked at Bharti Axa Life Insurance as a Zonal Head for Operations and Customer Service from 2007 to 2016, where they were responsible for creating new processes and ensuring cost control. In 2016, they joined Fitkids Education and Training Private Ltd as the Head of Operations, leading a team and driving key business metrics. Currently, they are working at Tata AIA Life Insurance as an AVP for Branch Operations.

Manikandan Shankar has a diverse educational background. Manikandan started their education at NAMMS Hr Sec School in 1983 and completed their secondary education there in 1995. Following this, from 1995 to 1997, they attended CPU Hr Sec School. Afterward, Manikandan pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science at MK University from 1997 to 2000. Later, in 2006 and 2007, they obtained a Licentiate degree in Insurance from the Insurance Institute of India.
