Dorisel Talavera

Dorisel Talavera has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. Dorisel began as a Student Tutor at the University of the Ozarks, then moved on to an internship as a Marketing Research Intern at ExxonMobil in 2010. In 2011, they took on the role of Regional Marketing and Communications Consultant at Caterpillar Inc., a world leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment. In 2016, Dorisel became a Corporate HR - Internal & Digital Communications employee at Almirall. In 2017, they worked as a Digital Marketing Communications employee at Novartis Oncology. From 2018 to 2021, Dorisel worked at Fitplan Technologies Inc. as a Customer Success and Community Management employee, and then as a Customer Success Consultant and Email Marketing Manager at FitLab.

Dorisel Talavera obtained a B.S in Marketing from the University of the Ozarks in 2011. In 2015 and 2016, they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from EAE Business School and a Master in Human Resources Management from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, respectively. In 2016, they received a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Marketing from ESIC Business & Marketing School. In 2020, they were Social Media Certified from HubSpot Academy.
