Kimberly McGlonn, Ph.D., serves as the Vice President of Social Impact at Fitler Club, leading initiatives aimed at fostering diversity and social transformation in Philadelphia. McGlonn is also the CEO and Founder of Blk Ivy Thrift, which honors the fashion of the Civil Rights Movement, and Grant BLVD, a sustainable fashion brand committed to addressing climate change and criminal justice reform. Additionally, McGlonn teaches at Drexel University's Westphal School of Design, leads the digital community Build It Boldly for emerging social entrepreneurs, co-hosts and co-produces the podcast School for Disrupters, and served as a Councilwoman for the Borough of Jenkintown, where significant roles included chairing the Police Commission. As a member of the Board of Directors for the Sustainable Business Network of Greater Philadelphia, McGlonn supports local businesses. Education credentials include a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction, an Education Specialist degree, and a Bachelor of Arts in English-Literature, all from Louisiana State University.
