Tara Husband

Tara leads the FIT:MATCH Engineering team with over 20 years of experience in start-ups, entrepreneurship and scaling companies, and is vital to the company’s ecosystem. Her passion for technology began in high school when her mother, a technology professor, wrote a grant for a room full of computers. From this adventure, she learned to code and her life-long passion became that of an entrepreneur. Honoring customers, respecting investors, listening to what users really want and appreciating the value of a dollar, Tara began to scale companies. Lean methodologies helped her test before investing and Agile methodologies helped grow without large investments until there was proof of concept. Each acquisition that Tara has been a part of has grown 20X from her previous.
