Arnaud BAALI

Arnaud Baali has a diverse range of work experience spanning several companies and roles. Arnaud currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Fitmate Coach, starting in April 2023. Previously, they were the CEO of Hivest.immo, starting in January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Teacher at EPF - Polytechnique Feminine starting in January 2021. Arnaud also held the position of Chief Technical and Product Officer (CTPO) at Shift from June 2022 to April 2023.

Before that, Arnaud worked as the CTO at blow LTD, leading the transition of the company's offerings from Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to an industrial level and overseeing a team of over 15 staff members. Arnaud also served as the Technical Director at Clear Books plc, where they effectively led a team of 20 staff members and organized the transition of the system from Monolith to Microservices.

Arnaud has also been involved in the wine industry, serving as the CEO and founder of Tradywine, which provides an online platform for buying and selling wines between the UK and French markets. Arnaud was also the CEO and founder of Mywinewaiter, a platform for discovering wines from France and other countries. Additionally, Arnaud worked as the CTO at Padawan Group, supervising and mentoring a team of 20 developers and managing various international locations.

Arnaud began their career as a PHP Teacher at 3W Academy from April 2013 to June 2015. Their work experience demonstrates their expertise in technology leadership, business management, teaching, and entrepreneurship.

Arnaud Baali completed their education in the field of Information Technology. Arnaud initially attended IUT de Troyes from 2002 to 2003, where they earned a Licence in Réseaux Informatiques (Computer Networks). The following year, from 2003 to 2004, they enrolled at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers and obtained a degree in Ingénieur Telecom et Réseaux (Telecom and Networks Engineering). Additionally, in June 2006, they obtained a certification in Fortinet/Fortigate firewall management, although the institution where they obtained this certification is unknown.
