Joeri Hofmans is a Full Professor at Vrije Universiteit Brussel since October 2004. Joeri has also held other academic positions at the university including Associate Professor and Assistant Professor. In addition to their academic roles, Joeri is the co-founder and chief R&D of Twegos, a company focused on pioneering research and development in the field of person-organization fit. With a background in psychology, Joeri completed their PhD at Vrije Universiteit Brussel in 2007.
