Tara Paddon

Tara Paddon currently serves as the Marketing Manager - Growth at Fitness and Lifestyle Group since March 2021, following roles including Senior Media Lead and Media Lead. With a long-standing association with Fitness First Australia, Tara has worked as a Group Fitness Instructor since 2012. Tara's previous experience at Slingshot Media Ventures from September 2015 to March 2021 includes positions such as Business Manager, Senior Implementation Planner, Media Planner, and Media Coordinator. Prior work experience also includes a role as a Legal Assistant at Armstrong Legal Family Law from July 2014 to August 2015. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Western Sydney University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Media from the University of Canberra.
