Jitesh Gohil has extensive experience in customer service and member retention within the fitness industry. Currently serving as a Members Service Manager at Fitness First India Pvt Ltd since April 2014, Jitesh oversees the front desk department and back office administrative tasks related to members, focusing on customer support and retention strategies. Prior to this role, Jitesh worked as a Fitness Consultant at First Fitness India Private Limited from February 2013 to March 2014, where responsibilities included managing club sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. Jitesh holds an Executive MBA in Marketing from Guru Nanak Institute of Management Studies, completed between 2018 and 2020, and has pursued education at the University of Mumbai.
