Eleanor Baker

Eleanor Baker, MS, RDN, LDN is an experienced registered dietitian and health educator currently providing comprehensive employee education at FitPros since October 2023. Eleanor serves as the Sports Nutrition Director at TAGALONG with a Pro, focusing on both private and group nutrition coaching. As the founder of Elevated Nutrition and Wellness, Eleanor specializes in sports nutrition, weight loss, gut microbiome, food allergy and sensitivity management, and micronutrient analysis. Past roles include Nutrition Coordinator at PGA TOUR, where Eleanor developed a worksite wellness program, and a Nutrition Intern with the Jacksonville Jaguars and Levy Restaurants. Eleanor holds a Master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of North Florida, where studies spanned from 2011 to 2016.
