Arana Torres Alicea

Arana Torres Alicea currently serves as a Junior Recruiter at FITS, LLC, where responsibilities include managing the recruitment process and collaborating with teams to define candidate profiles in the manufacturing and pharmaceutical sectors. Prior experience includes a role as a Student Admissions Representative at Bryant University, assisting prospective students in navigating their educational choices and conducting campus tours. Arana held an HR internship at Pfizer, contributing to diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy development and talent management programs. Previous internships also include marketing and business development at EasyLeapp®, focusing on market research and content creation, as well as volunteer recruitment at the American Red Cross, aimed at enhancing volunteer opportunities for youth in Puerto Rico. Arana earned a Bachelor's degree in International Business with a concentration in Human Resources from Bryant University, complemented by studies at Universidad Pablo de Olavide.
