Robert Baker has over 35 years of work experience. Robert began their career in 1987 with the US Army, where they served as a Sergeant First Class until their retirement. In 2011, they became the Supervisory Police Officer, Chief at the US Army Natick Soldier Research, Development, and Engineering Center. In 2014, they transitioned to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs as a Supervisory Police Officer. In 2015, they moved to the Directorate of Emergency Services, United States Army Garrison, where they served as the Supervisory Police Officer, Chief of Police. In 2022, they began working as a Project Manager for FITT SCIENTIFIC, LLC.

Robert Baker obtained a Master's Degree in Public Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2014 and a Bachelor's Degree in History from Columbia College in 2010.
