Alexandra Dortmann

Alexandra Dortmann is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at FitX since May 2019, where additional roles include Team Lead for Organizational Development & Communications and Product Owner for Organizational Development. Dortmann has also been a Coach, Trainer, and Mediator with ad3 Coaching Training Mediation since January 2016. Previous positions include Bereichsleiterin und Koordinatorin at Wellenbrecher e.V. from June 2015 to May 2019, and Social Worker at Jugendhilfe Werne from May 2010 to June 2015. Alexandra Dortmann is pursuing an Executive MBA at Kellogg-WHU from 2023 to 2025 and holds degrees in Systemic Organizational Development and Change Management, Master of Arts in Counseling, Mediation, and Coaching, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work.
