Mirco Lopuszansky

Mirco Lopuszansky has extensive experience in leadership and management within the fitness industry, currently serving as Bereichsleiter at FitX since November 2016, overseeing up to 19 leaders and 600 employees. Key responsibilities include leadership development, quality management, and project management across 19 locations. Previous roles at FitX also included Senior Studioleiter, where Mirco conducted leadership workshops and optimized processes, and Studioleiter, managing operations for multiple branches. Prior to FitX, Mirco held the position of Studioleiter at VeniceBeach/Unternehmensgruppe Pfitzenmeier, focusing on operational leadership, budget management, and employee training.
