Scott LeClair

Scott LeClair, PE, LEED AP, serves as the President and Principal at Fitzemeyer & Tocci since 2002, leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams and overseeing the firm's project development and client relationships. Responsibilities include developing project scopes, budgets, and schedules, ensuring project quality and compliance with client requirements, and directing the hiring and performance evaluation of engineering professionals. Prior to this, Scott LeClair retired as an Instructor of Mechanical Engineering at the Air Force Institute of Technology, where education was provided to Department of Defense leaders and engineers while also delivering consulting services in facility systems design and energy management. Scott LeClair holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maine.
