Marcos Baeza served in the Marine Corps for 20 years before retiring, having held the position of Senior Enlisted Leader at the United States Naval Academy. Currently, they are the Senior Operations Manager at Pentonix Freight and the Director of Managed Transportation at Fitzmark. As a co-founder of Trifex LLC, Marcos values diversity and cultural awareness and is experienced in operational planning and organizational leadership.
