Kristy Chipman

Kristy Chipman, CPA, MBA, currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Five Below since July 2023. Previously, Kristy held the roles of EVP, Chief Financial Officer & COO and Executive Vice President & CFO at Ruth's Hospitality Group, INC. from November 2020 to June 2023. Prior to that, Kristy was the Chief Financial Officer at Orangetheory Fitness from September 2019 to November 2020, and Vice President/Treasurer at Domino's from August 2016 to September 2019, where responsibilities included leading finance for a $6B global retail division. Kristy's extensive experience at McDonald's spanned from 1994 to 2016, culminating as Senior Director in various capacities including Planning, Analysis & Business Support and Treasury. Kristy holds an MBA from DePaul University and degrees from University of Chicago Executive Education and Illinois Wesleyan University.
