Neil Lick

Neil Lick is an accomplished merchandise and brand strategy leader with extensive experience in the retail industry. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of General Merchandise Merchandising at Five Below since 2023, Neil previously held the role of Senior Vice President for Owned Brands at Bed Bath & Beyond from July 2020 to July 2023, where responsibilities included leading a team of 97 employees and driving strategic transformations in brand development and marketing. Neil's tenure at Williams-Sonoma, Inc., spanned from 1998 to 2020, culminating in the role of Vice President for Merchandising and Product Development. Throughout this period, Neil progressed through various positions, including Senior Vice President of Retail Merchandising and roles focused on direct-to-consumer merchandising and inventory management. Neil graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biopsychology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
