Isabelle Griesser has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Isabelle started their career in 2006 as a Pre-press operator at QuickSmart Signs, eventually becoming the Production Manager of the Sign-writing department. In this role, they managed timelines, quality control, and staff training, as well as handling sales inquiries and customer requests.

In 2011, Isabelle joined On Demand Graphics as a Production Coordinator and also took on the responsibilities of Customer Service and Internal Sales. Isabelle coordinated large format digital printing jobs, managed workflow, and resolved issues. Additionally, they served as the first point of contact for clients, estimating jobs and resolving issues throughout the production process.

Isabelle briefly worked as a Production Coordinator at GPS Group Pty Ltd in 2014 and later transitioned to RacePaint/Fleeting Image as a Vehicle Wrapper. In this role, they specialized in wrapping race cars, fleet vehicles, and other vehicles, while also participating in vehicle restoration projects.

Returning to GPS Group Pty Ltd in 2016, Isabelle took on the role of Account Manager. Isabelle'smain responsibilities included managing client accounts and building relationships.

Most recently, Isabelle has worked as a Community Support Worker for both NDIS Provider and Five Good Friends. In these roles, they provided companionship and assistance with daily living activities for clients with trauma histories, ASD, mental illness, and disabilities. Isabelle also offered medication support, community access, and escalated care to support teams as necessary.

Isabelle Griesser pursued their education in a sequential manner, dedicated to acquiring the necessary knowledge and skills in their chosen fields. Isabelle began their educational journey by securing a Trade Certificate in Sign Writing from the Sign Writer Trade School in Zurich, Switzerland. The duration and specific years of this program are unavailable. Isabelle then enrolled at Holmesglen in 2004 and successfully completed a Diploma of Visual Arts in 2005, focusing on the study of Visual Arts. Following a significant gap in their education, Isabelle recommitted herself to academic pursuits and attended Holmesglen once again in 2021. During this stint, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. Isabelle'sthirst for knowledge and professional development continued to drive her, leading their to enroll in Monash University in 2022. Isabelle is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse and is expected to complete their studies in 2023.
