Joanne Pilley

Joanne Pilley has extensive work experience in the healthcare and aged care industry. Joanne is currently working at Five Good Friends as a Care Team Leader for the Victoria West and South Australia region. Prior to this role, they served as a Care Manager at the same company.

Before joining Five Good Friends, Joanne worked as a Learning and Development Trainer at Arcare Aged Care from October 2020 to January 2021.

Joanne also gained valuable experience at Freedom Care Communities, where they held multiple roles. Joanne worked as a Community Manager from September 2019 to October 2020, a Home Care Communities Manager from January 2017 to September 2019, and a Clinical Case Manager from November 2016 to January 2017.

Earlier in their career, Joanne served as a Registered Nurse at Lincs Healthcare from October 2015 to November 2016 and as a Clinical Nurse at Ramsay Health Care from March 2014 to October 2015.

Joanne Pilley began their education with a Diploma in Quality Auditing at HBA from 2020 to 2021. In 2018, they pursued a Diploma of Leadership and Management at iLead. From 2010 to 2018, Joanne attended Open University Australia, where they earned a Graduate Certificate in Health Services Management, specializing in Health/Health Care Administration/Management. Their educational journey started at the University of Bedfordshire from 2000 to 2003, where they studied Adult Health Nursing.
