Louise Wheeler

Louise Wheeler has held various roles throughout their work experience. Louise currently serves as the Head of Customer Experience at Five Good Friends since June 2021. Prior to that, they were the Head of Customer Experience at MadeComfy from July 2018 to December 2020. Louise took a maternity leave from May 2015 to July 2018. Before that, they worked as an Advisor Business Strategy at Sabre Travel Network from November 2014 to April 2015. Louise has also worked at BCD Travel, where they held multiple positions including Managing Director from May 2012 to August 2014, General Manager from July 2011 to April 2012, Head of Strategic Operations & Service Delivery from January 2010 to April 2012, Head of Systems and Technology from July 2008 to December 2009, and State Manager QLD from July 2003 to June 2008.

Louise Wheeler attended Hayton Travel College in 1994, where they pursued a Cert IV in Tourism and Travel Management. In January 2022, they obtained a certification in Customer Experience: Journey Mapping from LinkedIn.
