Andrea Antonioli

Andrea Antonioli has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager at Five Guys Europe since April 2020, following a progression from Deputy General Manager and Assistant Manager at the same company from April 2017 to January 2020. Prior to joining Five Guys, Andrea worked as a Sommelier at Amici Del Vino from October 2015 to January 2017, where customer service skills and beverage knowledge were honed, and at Grappa Restaurant from December 2013 to November 2014. Earlier experience includes roles as Chef de Rang at Sotto Sotto Restaurant and Lenny's Restaurant, enhancing teamwork and cash handling skills. Andrea's education includes a Sommelier degree from AIS Sommelier School and degrees in Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts from IPSSAR F. De Cecco.
