Maretha Setyanata

Maretha Setyanata has extensive experience in service management and operations, currently serving as Assistant Service Manager, Service Trainer, Senior Service Operations, and previously as Junior Service Operations at itemku (PT. Five Jack) since June 2017. Prior to this role, Maretha gained valuable experience as a Business Development Intern at Shopee from March 2016 to June 2016, where responsibilities included acquiring diverse online shop sellers, managing seller relations, and building category pipelines. Maretha holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Affairs from President University, completed in 2017.
