Dr. Clarece Weinraub

Dr. Clarece Weinraub serves as the Chief Research and Policy Officer at Five Keys Schools and Programs since July 2012, where responsibilities include building a research department to identify best practices and future needs of the organization. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Schools, Regional Superintendent for Southern California, and Southern California Director, managing over 200 employees and driving program improvements. Additionally, Dr. Weinraub has experience as an owner and designer at Jovial Events and Rentals since October 2019, and has worked in educational roles such as a Media Specialist at Langston University and as a teacher at Del Crest Middle School and Harding Fine Arts Academy High School. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of Southern California and multiple degrees in literacy, reading education, instructional leadership, and journalism.
