Sandy Sanchez

Sandy Sanchez has over 20 years of experience in the real estate and community development industry. Sandy has held various roles such as Director of Pre-Development at O&S Holdings, Project Manager at DR Horton, and Director of Government Affairs at Building Industry Association. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Policy at Five Point Holdings, leading policy development, community engagement, and government relations efforts. Sandy also holds leadership positions, such as Chair of the Board at Los Angeles County Business Federation - BizFed. Their expertise lies in aligning community interests with corporate goals and formulating public policies for large-scale projects.

Sandy Sanchez holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Mount Saint Mary's University. Sandy also completed an Executive Development program in Management Development from the University of Southern California, and received a Light Construction Development Management (LCDM) Certification from UC Irvine.
