Brandon Seim, CRCM, CAMS has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Brandon currently serves as the Vice President of Compliance/BSA Officer at Five Points Bank since May 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Bank of the West as the Vice President, Senior Compliance Officer from May 2016 to May 2019. Before Bank of the West, they were a Regulatory Compliance Auditor at First National Bank of Omaha from June 2015 to May 2016. Brandon also worked at Archer Cooperative Credit Union as the BSA Compliance Officer and Agricultural Loan Officer from June 2012 to June 2015. Brandon started their career in the banking sector at Great Western Bank, American National Bank, and Wells Fargo, where they held various positions such as Branch Supervisor, Banker, Ag Industry Specialist, and Assistant Vice President from October 2010 onwards.

Brandon Seim, CRCM, CAMS, completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Economics, and Finance from Nebraska Wesleyan University. Brandon attended the university from 2003 to 2007. Before that, they attended Grand Island Northwest High School from 1999 to 2003.

In addition to their education, Brandon Seim has obtained certifications in the field. Brandon is a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) certified by the American Bankers Association, which they obtained in February 2018. Brandon is also a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) certified by The Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS), which they obtained in March 2016.
