Victoria Racca has diverse experience in management and operations within the food service and heavy equipment sectors. Currently serving as the Regional General Manager (RGM) at Masrgllc and a Heavy Equipment Operator at Five-S Group since June 2022, Victoria also holds the position of Assistant Manager at IHOP since April 2022. Previously, Victoria was the General Manager at Wingstop Restaurants Inc. from January 2019 to April 2020, a role that significantly shaped managerial skills.
