Ariel Bell has worked in the customer service and support industry since 2015. Ariel began their career as a Customer Success Manager at Gryphonet. In 2017, they joined BlazeMeter as a Support Engineer and was later promoted to Support Team Lead. In 2020, they were appointed as Head of Support at otonomo. Currently, they are the Head of Customer Support at Five Sigma.

Ariel Bell graduated from Reichman University (IDC Herzliya) in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science.
