Naia Castro Morales

Naia Castro Morales is a seasoned quality assurance professional with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as Quality Assurance Manager at FiveStar Gourmet Foods since October 2021, Naia has previously held similar managerial roles at Hall Globall LLC and Aktive, as well as FiveStar Gourmet Foods, where responsibilities included leading quality assurance efforts from September 2016 to October 2021. Naia's career began at Cuba Catering S.A., progressing from Food Technologist to Production Planning and Control Manager. Educationally, Naia holds a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Food Sciences from the University of Havana.
