Vicki Hartway

Vicki Hartway is an experienced executive in the senior living industry, currently serving as Executive Director at Five Star Senior Living since November 2018 and also holding the position of Area Manager. Vicki's previous roles include Executive Director at Commonwealth Assisted Living West End and Envoy of Winchester, as well as Administrator at Hillcrest Healthcare Center and Waverly Health Care. Vicki began a career in leadership with Life Care Centers of America, serving as Administrator for over six years. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Covenant College and a Masters Certificate in Mindful Leadership from Atlantic University, expected to be completed in June 2025.
